At Lucentra, we are proud to offer free shipping to customers around the globe! All orders are shipped from our distribution centers in Nevada (currently suspended due to COVID-19) or Hong Kong, depending on your location.
Delivery Time Estimates
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 5-20 days. However, we work hard to expedite orders whenever possible.
Estimated Delivery Times by Country:
- United States: 7 - 14 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 - 12 business days
- Australia: 7 - 12 business days
- Canada: 7 - 14 business days
- Other Countries: 8 - 20 business days
Please note:
- All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders with priority processing will be shipped the following day.
- Regular orders may take 2-4 days for processing.
During peak seasons (e.g., Sales, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas), there might be slight delays in processing and delivery, typically adding 2-3 additional working days to the usual delivery times.

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, certain factors beyond our controlโsuch as weather disruptions or delays with delivery partnersโmay occasionally impact your order. Lucentra cannot be held liable for such delays and strongly recommends placing your order early to avoid any inconvenience.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment starting the day you receive the tracking information.
